TL;DR CLEAN YOUR CASE WITH QTIP AND ALCOHOL. With your AirPods close to your device, open the lid and hold the setup button until the indicator light flashes amber and white. Open the lid of your AirPods Pro case. Put AirPods in pairing mode: Open the lid of the AirPods case, press and hold the button on the back of the case until the LED light starts flashing white. If the problem persists even after an update, you can try resetting. Put both Airpods in their case, charge them via Lightning for a few minutes (or preferably until the case is 100%). Press and hold the setup button on the charging case for up to 10 seconds. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and then select Forget This Device. If the button still doesn’t work, try contacting Apple Support. Press and hold the setup button until it flashes white. Keeping your AirPods case open, press and hold the small button on the back of the case for at least 15 seconds. Slide it to turn off your device, then press and hold the power button again to turn it back on. Play the previous track: Triple-press the stem. Settings > Bluetooth > Airpods > Forget this device.
